Lottery Grant Approved for 1^st /2^nd West Bridgford Scout Group

1^st/2nd has been successful in their bid to receive lottery funding to buy a new fleet of kayaks and all associated equipment.

The grant has enabled us to buy 16 kayaks, 1 Canadian Canoe, air bags, paddles, buoyancy aids and helmets.

Two of the Scout leaders are qualified to take 16 people in total on the water and are currently working towards their BCU Coach level 1.

Our webshop provides the opportunity to buys good from major retailers online whilst supporting the 1st/2nd West Bridgford Scout Group. For every sale made the Group is paid a commission (of varying size) which helps us to provide further activities for young people within the group.

We dont get to see what you buy and its completely anonymous, but its a great way to help us, particularly if you like shopping online!
